What sizes are available for your cakes?
We offer three sizes for our standard cakes which are available to purchase online. Our 6'' cake serves 6-8 portions, our 8'' cake serves 8-10 portions, and our 10'' cake serves 10-12 portions. All our standard cakes are round in shape with an approximate height of 4 inches. In addition to our standard cakes, we also offer mixed cake slices which are 2'' x 4'' in size and cupcakes in a variety of flavors. If you're unsure about which size to choose, our team is happy to help you decide based on the number of guests you're serving. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is quick and easy! Simply add any item available for purchase online, such as a cake, patisserie, or decorative item, to your cart. You can then choose your preferred pick-up or delivery date and proceed to check out. We offer a range of payment options, including debit or credit card and Apple Pay, to make the payment process as seamless as possible for you. What is the lead time for placing an order?
We aim to provide a quick turnaround time for all our orders. If you're picking up your order, it will normally be ready for collection within 24 hours. If you opt for delivery, it will typically take 2-4 days depending on your location. However, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid any potential delays. If you require a more urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I make payment for my order?
We accept a variety of payment options to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for you. You can pay for your order using Visa card, Master Card, Apply Pay, Diners Club card, or Discover card. Our payment process is secure and encrypted to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information. Can I pick up my order from your store or do you offer shipping?
Currently, we only offer pick-up from our main store in Oakville. However, we are continuously working to improve our services and expand our reach to better serve our customers. Soon, we will be introducing a shipping option to anywhere in Ontario and possibly other provinces. We are also in the process of partnering with Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes to offer our products for delivery to local customers. We're excited to offer these new services and will keep you updated as we progress.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any food items once they have left our store. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
For non-edible decorative items, we may accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging before returning it to us. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I cancel my order? If so, how?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared, we may be able to cancel it for you and issue a refund. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts on large orders.
