I discovered baking when I was just 14, and even then I was such a perfectionist I used to bake my own birthday cake!
My love of precision and details served me well over the years, allowing me to master many cake decorating techniques and recipes from any era.
I am very organized, a master of my craft and always have a Plan A and a Plan B to handle any challenges. My skills are shown off in every furled icing petal and drape of fondant. I can make a traditional cake with a frilly fifties feel, a pop–art geometric wonder or one with any theme.
